WIRE EDM
Quality Wire EDM Inc. specializes in wire EDM produced part production runs; with 5 axis capability and tolerances of ± 0.0002" we can turn your most demanding products into a smooth production.
CONVENTIONAL "RAM" EDM
Applying blind complex patterns, cutting threads into hardened materials, or creating an exact curved shape into a part with a superior finish, are only some of the capabilities of conventional EDM machines.
CNC SMALL HOLE EDM DRILLING
With an automated 20 station electrode changer, automatic blind hole depth probing, and electrode sizes ranging from as small as .004" to as big as .150", machining small holes into materials such as Inconel®, with virtually zero tool pressure is an every day occurrence at Quality Wire EDM Inc.
WATER JET
Water jet capabilities greatly expands the material types we can process for you, from Delrin, to rubber, to ceramic and everything in between we can cut it here to your specifications
cNC MILLING
Offering conventional CNC machining allows us to do primary and secondary operations our Wire EDM machines cannot, in-order to be a truly vertically intergated facility and achieve a value added product that fits into your bottom line.
STAMPING
From 15 to 60 ton progressive stampings to four slide metal formed parts we can build a tool and stamp your part all in house. Don't Have time to break down and set-up? We can save you time and expand your capacity, by running your progressive stampings for you
